Inclusive design
It is the process of designing, building, and maintaining spaces that gives us
the opportunity to belong, be useful and live with dignity
The architectural design of our real estate projects has a focus on people; therefore our projects are designed with services and conventional environments that are accessible, comfortable, safe and attractive for the largest possible number of people, encompassing the differences in capacity, age or gender.
In countries with a life expectancy of more than 70 years, people spend on average about 8 years, or 11.5% of their lives, living with disabilities.
In the Dominican Republic, 46.6% of people aged 65 and over suffer from disabilities.
About 15 percent of the world’s population, or approximately one billion people, live with disabilities.
